The Austria Complex project is located on Rruga Cameria, in between the PS headquarters and the puppet theatre.
The proposed project involves the rehabilitation of the existing building and its surroundings. The current bar / nightclub will be adjusted into a bar with a large polyvalent space, which can be opened up at various moments for different events.

The main ambition of the project is to make the existing garden to the south of the building into a highly attractive space for all citizens. This is achieved by making publicly accessible the garden and the adjoining passages to the south and east, while preserving the lustrous green character of the site (no trees will be cut !).
Included in the rehabilitation is the renewal of all necessary catering facilities.

The existing building is renovated to function asa polyvalent space with a publicy accessibile roof terrace (with view on Skanderbeg Square). The current annex to the south of the building will be removed.

A pavilion that opens up tp the public is positioned in the garden, in replacement of the current annex. This pavilion, a concrete tree framed by a giant curtain, contains a bar on the groundfloor and a spacious balcony above. 

An open stairway, shaped out of natural stone, is slided in between this pavilion and the main building, to provide public access to all spaces on both sides of the stairs.

The existing garden and the public passages are refubrished with respect for all existing trees. 

The earea in front of the building, bordering the street is made to function as an enclosed gardeb with restrained accessibility
